I Amsterdam Card ( Amsterdam Pass )
This is the special ticket, you can use when you are in
Amsterdam. The Amsterdam Pass allow you to get free access to public
transportation, metro, canal boat service and free or discounted access some attractions such as
museums. The initiation for I Amsterdam Card was done by the Amsterdam Tourist Board.
When you buy a Amsterdam card, you will get a chip card, public transport ticket,
discount offer for many tourist attractions and a pocket guide. You can purchase
these cards from tourist offices.
The I Amsterdam Card Types:
The I Amsterdam Card comes in three types.
24 Hour Card
48 Hour Card
72 Hour card
If you are planning to stay in Amsterdam for a longer period, say 3days then
its cheaper to get 72 Hour card than three 24 Hour cards. I Amsterdam Cards get activated
from the first stamp and you need to bring that always when you are using the public transportation.
