Greeting in Bangkok, Thailand:

Topless sunbathing is not practiced and wearing swim suits can be seen only in beaches and pool areas. Usually Thai people judge you from the cloth you are wearing and always have a suitable cloth for the occasion.
Drinking Water:
Its not recommended to drink the tap water and better to go for
bottled water.
Dining in Bangkok:
Thai food are very popular through out the world. You can go to top level restaurants or
Street food centers, you can get good quality food. Tipping is not a must but depends
on your satisfaction about the service.
Visas:
Visitors needs to have six month valid passport top enter to the country and

Change money:
Visitors can change their foreign currency and traveler checks
from the money changers and banks. Usual commission of 3-5 % will apply on the
change of money. Most of the ATMs offer English instructions and maximum withdrawal limit per day is around 500$.
Planning your Tour:
The city of Bangkok has year around sun shine and day is bit hot. So avoid walking in mid day time and plan your trip promptly to avoid traffic jam. Also the road payments
are some times acquired by small sellers and motor bike parks. Its always recommended to book a hotel near the SKY train and go for the sight seeing as early as possible. Those attractions get crowded specialty in week ends. In the months of Arial and May, the temperatures goes high and very humid. Bets time to visit is from November to March.
