Even though you are not interested in buying goods, you can go
there and have look on these items.
The name "Liulichang" means glazed tile factory. According to
the historical reports, there was a tile factory in this location with
toy market. Today there is no factory now, but still you can see the market
is functioning.
When you are buying antiques in Liulichang shopping street, be careful about the fake
products. Some times they make the fakes products almost same as real antique
products. You will find some book shops selling some old Chinese and some
English books over there.
