Xiushui Street was a place for fake products in early days but now became is a place to buy Chinese items, silk products, hand craft and traditional products & fissionable items.

Beijing Xiushui Street was started as a place for selling cloths from yearly 1980's. But later history, there were more fake products dominated the area. After some renovations, new shopping buildings were opened in year 2005. With the court order in 2006, the vendors, who were selling fake products were removed from the market and now we can say that its almost free from those duplicate. Today this became main shopping areas for selling domestic products.



Many tourists visit this place daily and now one of the shopping paradise in Beijing. Not only shopping, there are many international; and local restaurants also located in Xiushui Street. You must do bargaining here to buy goods, more you will bargain, you will get a cheaper price. Most of the Sales staff also now communicate in English.

Yong An Li (120) line 1 subway station is the most closest subway station. You can find a pass way to ilk Street from the station. You can easily reach this place by taxi also.
