Canberra, the Capitol of Australia is located in Southern tablelands of New South
Wales about 660 km from Melbourne & 280 km away from Sydney. Unlike some
crowded and polluted capitol cities in the world, Canberra has a loveliest
surrounding with number of tourist attractions around. Canberra is a green
city with parks, hills and bush land.

The city of Canberra is a planned city, which was designed by American architect Walter Burley Griffin.
City is surrounded by lake Burley Griffin, even though it is an artificial
one, you may see as a natural. This was build in 1963, by building a dam over
Molonglo river.
The Canberra city attractions includes Parliament house ( both old and new) , the National
Gallery of Australia and number of National parks. Other than visiting to many attractions,
Canberra visitors can do cycling, Skiing and bushwalking. Visitors can get more information

of the city.

Canberra is a safe tourist destination with very less crime rate. But always careful about

other religions also there.
