Struwwelpeter
Museum

This museum is dedicated to memorabilia associated with Struwwelpeter
(“Slovenly Peter”), one of Germany’s most famous children’s books. This was
written and illustrated in the 19th century by Dr. Heinrich Hoffman who also
founded the first hospital of neurology here. Admission is free.

Frankfurt
Zoo (Zoologischer Garten)
Frankfurt Zoo is
founded in 1858 and consider as one of the oldest zoos in the world. This was
completely destroyed in 1944 because of the bombing. But now it's fully
reconstructed and becomes a very popular attraction in the city of Frankfurt.
Some kids may not like to visit Exotarium, with its reptiles and insect
exhibits.
Senckenberg
Museum of Natural History (Naturmuseum Senckenberg)

This is one of the biggest natural history museums in Germany with interesting
collection of fossils, including dinosaur bones. Opeing Hours: 9.00 -17.00

Palmengarten

This is another Frankfurt attraction, not only for kids but also for all ages.
Palmengarten is a 50 acre park and a botanical garden. park attractions include
perennial garden, an expanded rock garden, and a rose garden. Visitors can rent
rowboats on the pond also.
