The Staten Island Ferris are a great way to see lower Manhattan. This is a free service and runs in every 30 minutes and travel time is around 25 minutes. Annually this several millions of people for their transportation.
Staten Island Ferry operates from Whitehall Terminal in Lower Manhattan to St. George Ferry Terminal in Staten Island. There are nine vessel fleet included to this service to provide transportation to Staten Islanders. In week days there are five vessels in service. Travelers can get a perfect view of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Islands from here.
