City of Seoul has four seasons and considerable
amount of temperature variations between winter to summer.
Seoul has hot humid summer time. August is the hottest month of the year and temperature
rises up to 30 °C some times. But there may be heavy monsoon rainfall also occur in this period.
Seoul winter time is cold and dry. If you like skating, Seoul is a recommended place during the winter time.
Best time to visit Seoul is spring and autumn. Spring temperature very around 15°C and not
much rain as in summer.
