Gamla Stan -Old Town
Gamla Stan is the old town in Stockholm. This is located in a small island by the middle of Stockholm.
You will find many old buildings which are belonging to medieval time.
Visitor can walk by the narrow stone streets and see how the city looked in old days. Some of the attractions are dated backed to
13th century, but most of the buildings were made after 1700 or 1800. In summer time this places is crowded with tourists.
One of the never missed attraction in Gamla Stan is a the Nobel Museum. You can visit the Royal
Palace with 600 rooms, the Stockholm Cathedral. It will be interesting to visit to Royal Armory and
try to witness the daily changing of the guard.
