Canada Place
Your visit to Vancouver is not completed without visiting
Canada Place. This is located in waterfront of Vancouver,
British Columbia. Canada Place was rebuilt for Expo 86 world
fair on an old cargo pier. This building can be identify from
the long distance because of its five "sails" rise above the
inlet. You can get panoramic view of the city by walking
around this place.
Things to Do in Canada Place:
Canada Place is the home for Vancouver World Center, Vancouver
Convention & exhibition Center, IMAX 3D theater and the Pan
Pacific Hotel. Different types of 3D documentary movies shown
daily in this IMAX Theater. Canada Place is also use as the
main ship terminal in the region. Many ships leave from here
to Alaska from May to October.

Admission to Canada Place is free and you can reach easily by
Vancouver SeaBus, Waterfront Sky Train Station and West Coast
Express.
You can walk and reach this place through Howe and Burrard
streets.
